What is the Happy Campers membership?
It is a little way to come closer to the road with us. For $10 AUD a month you join our private members group on Telegram, just you, us, and the rest of the Happy Campers family. Ask us anything about the road, the rig and the route, and help keep the videos rolling.
How much is it, and when am I charged?
It is $10 AUD a month. Your first $10 comes out when you join, then the same amount on that same date each month, so if you join on the 25th your next payment is the 25th of next month. It renews on its own until you cancel.
How do I cancel or unsubscribe?
Any time, and it is easy. When you joined, Square emailed you a receipt with a link to manage or cancel your membership, so open that receipt and follow the link. If you cannot find it, just get in touch and we will cancel it for you. No hoops, no hard feelings.
What happens to my Telegram access if I cancel?
When you cancel, Square stops billing you straight away. Your spot in the Telegram group does not disappear on its own, so Vicki tidies the group by hand every so often and removes members who have moved on. If you ever want to come back, you are always welcome.
I joined but my invite email has not arrived. What do I do?
First have a look in your spam or promotions folder, as it sometimes lands there. The email comes from [email protected] with your private invite link. If it still has not turned up after a few minutes, get in touch and we will send it straight to you.
What is the difference between buying you a pie and becoming a member?
Buying us a pie is a one-off thank you, a single payment of any amount, with nothing recurring and no group invite. Becoming a member is $10 AUD a month and comes with your seat in the private Telegram group. Both help keep us on the road, so whichever suits you is lovely.
How much is postage, and how long will my order take?
Postage is a flat $12 for one or two caps, and stickers have postage included in the price. We post orders out ourselves as soon as we can, and how long it takes depends on where you are and the post getting to you.
Can I get a refund or return something?
If something is not right with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to make it right. Tell us what happened and we will sort it out together.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are handled by Square, one of the biggest and most trusted payment companies. Your card details go straight to Square's secure checkout and never touch our website, so you are safe the whole way through.
