We based ourselves here while exploring The Fleurieu Peninsula. It’s about 40km from the tourist attractions, so was a fair drive every day, but a very pretty drive. Langhorne Creek is a maximum 3 night stay so plenty of time to see the tourist stuff. If the distance is a deterrent for you, Langhorne Creek itself is a historic town with many vineyards, restaurants and historic buildings all within walking distance from camp. We were very impressed with this lovely quiet, grassy camp and would definitely stay again.
